Being Your Agent is More About The Relationship Than The Transaction
Chad Manes is a real estate professional and brand ambassador for Magnolia Realty and is based in Belton, Texas.
All my young life my Father preached a constant and consistent lessons to me and my older brothers and that was: “Compete & work hard and everything else will fall into place”. Ever since my days of living under my parent’s roof I have carried this lesson with me and still to this day am a firm believer that there is no substitution for hard work. Hard work was secondary to me because it was really my desire to compete that leads me to work hard. It didn't matter what job I was working or what sport I was playing or practicing; I knew that any amount of talent could also be overcome if I just worked harder than anyone else around me. To me, this belief overflows into not only business, but into my relationships with my family friends and clients, my health and overall well being.
I have carried this motto into my real estate career. Today, this is what gets me up in the morning and gets me going. I realized early on that the competition was not another person or agent. The only person I have to compete against is myself. So each day, I start at zero and push myself as hard as I can go to 100% (or more). This way, I can truthfully and honestly tell everyone that I am working with that I am giving it everything I have. Whether its helping someone sell a home, look for a home to buy or invest in, marketing properties, communicating and negotiating with others; it doesn't matter to me. I am going to be giving it everything I possibly can to help my people achieve their goals.
My promise(s) to you ...
> I am going to work harder and smarter for YOU and your real estate needs.
> I dont believe in pressuring ANYONE to buy or sell a piece of real estate.
> I will always value our RELATIONSHIP(S) OVER TRANSACTION(S)
> I am NOT going to sell you anything
> YOU tell me when and how I can ever help you.
Chad was invited to help start Magnolia Realty | Temple-Belton, at the end of 2017.
Outside of the office, you can find Chad spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and daughters, Juniper and Cora. When time allows, I also love spending time outdoors and you can often find him on the Texas coast honing his skills as a wade fisherman, at a live concert or watching attending a college or high school football game. He is also an active member of several non-profit organizations including: Alzheimer's Association(ALZ) and The Coastal Conservation Association(CCA).
